Hunter Valley 1 Day Wine Tour Itinerary
Enjoy a splash of the countryside with our 1-day Hunter Valley Wine Tour! Treat your tastebuds to a day of delicious wines as we journey through one of Australia’s most famous wine regions.
We kick off the day straight away and to head to our first winery! We’ll take our first sip at family-owned winery Sobel’s, where you’ll sample various gorgeous wines. Join a cellermaster as they give us an exclusive look into their winemaking processes.
After your first wine experience, we’ll head to 4 Pines at the Farm, where you’ll explore local craft beers and wines. Pull up a chair for a tasty lunch and pair your meal with a wine or beer of your choice. Enjoy your meal against stunning views of the Hunter Valley region that surround the bistro.
After lunch, we’ll go over to the Hunter Valley Gardens Village, where you’re free to browse around boutique shops and local stores. Don’t miss a photo opportunity with the huge wine bottle! Here, there’s plenty of opportunity to stock up on your souvenirs and sample more wines and sweet treats (at your own expense).
And the fun doesn’t quite end there, we make an afternoon trip to the oldest winery in Pokolbin. Step into the cellar door at Drayton’s Family Wines for the final tasting of the day.
We finish off the day off with a sweet start by visiting the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company. Browse their stock of handcrafted chocolates, buttery fudge, and delicious gelato. The perfect stop to soak up the views and buy a block of chocolate (or two!) for the drive home.
Then, kick back and relax on our air-conditioned bus as we wrap up the day with a relaxing drive back to Sydney.
