Where do you pick up from?
We offer pickups from selected central hotels and locations in Melbourne and Sydney CBDs. To find your nearest pickup point, please check the ‘Pickup Locations’ section on the tour page or contact our friendly team for assistance.
What should I bring on my tour?
We recommend bringing a wallet, camera, water bottle, and jacket, along with comfortable walking shoes. In the warmer months, please bring a hat and sunscreen. While in the colder months, it is recommended to bring a rain jacket and wear warm clothes.
What is your cancellation policy?

How do I pay for my tour?
To book a tour, click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the tour page or call our office at 03 8488 7280. Full payment is required at the time of booking via Visa or MasterCard.
What is the difference between the two Blue Mountains Tours?
Both Blue Mountains tours include a morning visit to Sydney Zoo before heading to Katoomba in the afternoon. Our Blue Mountains Day tour with Zoo & Scenic World includes unlimited access to all Scenic World rides.
Our Blue Mountains Tour with Sydney Zoo does not include tickets to Scenic World and is a great option for those who want to do some of the walks in the area. However, Scenic World tickets can still be purchased at your own expense on the day, subject to availability.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is only included on our Hunter Valley 1 Day Tour. All other tours do not include lunch, so feel free to bring your own or purchase food during the tour.
What is the size of the tour group?
Tour group sizes vary between 24 and 39 passengers, depending on the tour and travel date.
When does the Mt. Buller tour operate?
The 1 Day Mt. Buller Snow Tour operates during the winter season, typically from June to mid-September, depending on snow coverage. Please check the tour page for more information.
Can children join the tours?
Yes, children are welcome on all tours except for the Hunter Valley 1 Day Tour, which is 18+. However, we do not accept infants under 3 years old on any of our tours. Please check the individual tour pages for age-specific details.
Will I be able to see Australian animals?
Yes! You can see Australian wildlife on our Phillip Island 1 Day Tour, at Sydney Zoo on both our Blue Mountains Day Tours and on our 1 Day Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour.
